I have been working in customer service for about four years, most of this being through Covid. Although I have always worked in retail, I am skilled in quickly adapting to tasks given to me no matter what sector. I am very social and get along with others very easily and can resolve problems that come up, whether that is with customers or other coworkers, I prefer a workplace with as little drama as possible.
