To pursue my passion, I attended a high school specializing in culinary arts and later majored in global pastry and baking, focusing on Western-style desserts. I further honed my skills by earning a pastry diploma from the Institut National de la Boulangerie-Pâtisserie (INBP) in France, where I learned the techniques of traditional French pastry. This experience broadened my understanding of pastry and inspired me to explore different styles and flavors.
To gain hands-on experience, I completed a one-year bakery internship in the United States, developing a keen sense of the industry. In South Korea, I worked at a large-scale bakery, where I was responsible for menu development, production, inventory management, and cost calculations. Even in my first year, I took charge of new menu creation, continuously exploring creative approaches to pastry.
Currently, I am working in Canada as a baker and cake decorator, leading a team while focusing on delivering high-quality products and developing new menu items. With a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude, I enjoy collaborating with my team to create desserts that bring joy to people. For me, baking is more than just a job—it’s a way to share happiness. I am committed to continuous growth and innovation, always striving to create desserts that leave a lasting impression on customers.
