I have completed the Culinary and Bake Management programs at Fanshawe College. Since graduating, I have had opportunities to work in different capacities as a baker/decorator. My passion is in baking and decorating.

I have baking and decorating experience in preparing a variety of pastries, breads, doughs, fillings, decorated goods, and many other items. I am experienced in ensuring high quality presentation, adhering to food safety standards, working collaboratively with a team and maintaining an organized workspace.

I have graduated from Fanshawe College in both the Culinary Management and Bake Management programs.
