You are responsible for creating new designs and products, refining them, and showcasing them in the market. Your tasks include being involved in the creation of artworks, maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing services tailored to their aspirations. Additionally, you are responsible for training your staff, providing guidance, and encouragement to them.
