I was the founder of my own brand and experience of 5years where I had the privilege of leading a dedicated team of 35 members. This role allowed me to develop strong leadership skills, manage diverse teams, and ensure excellent customer service. My background has equipped me with the ability to handle various aspects of business operations effectively and to drive success through teamwork and innovation.

As the owner of an atelier, your role involves overseeing the identification and management of your art space. You are responsible for creating new designs and products, refining them, and showcasing them in the market. Your tasks include being involved in the creation of artworks, maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing services tailored to their aspirations. Additionally, you are responsible for training your staff, providing guidance, and encouragement to them.
