As an experienced professional working in the health care and social services industry, she has cumulated more then 26 years of management experience.
Lynne's expertise has enabled her clients to improve their strategic plans and thus maximize positive impacts while facilitating their implementation as a team. She currently works as a coordinator at the long-term health care facility (CHSLD) for people with loss of autonomy. With more than 220 employees and 26 years of management, she has developed over the years a solid experience in coaching and management.
