Worked as a CSR for air conditioner and refrigerator service/maintenance/repair requests, focusing on issue resolution and customer satisfaction from Aug 2017 to Sep 2018 at Shree Sai Services, Surat.
Worked at Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited, Mumbai from Oct 2018 to July 2023 as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer & Safety Officer. Extensive experience on an offshore jack-up drilling rig, including responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer and Barge Engineer with safety officer duties.
Engaged in volunteer activities at my previous school & university, while also serving as a key team member for coordinating cultural and sports festivals.
