I recently completed my studies at Centennial College and aspire to become a medical office assistant. During my cooperative placement, I worked at the Etobicoke Brampton Sleep Clinic, which provided valuable experience for my future role. Additionally, prior to the pandemic, I worked as a content moderator for social media platforms at a BPO company. As a former content moderator, I am well-acquainted with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, as we primarily used them for communication within the company. I am also confident in my typing skills and have obtained a certificate.
