I am an experienced Linux Support Analyst with over 5 years of experience providing technical support for Linux-based systems. In my current role, I am responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for a large customer base, as well as providing guidance and training to junior team members.
Prior to this, I worked as a Help desk analyst for a financial organization, where I gained experience in troubleshooting and customer handling. I also have experience in system configuration, maintenance, and optimization, having worked in a similar role for a hardware firm early in my career.
