Customer Service/Retail at U-Haul (2026-04 – 2026-04)

I received praise from 4/5 coworkers, one being the manager, for my work during a working interview. During this short time period I learned how to drive U-haul vehicles up to a DC (smooth move van) and the parking procedures for trailers, trucks, and vans. I also kept customers happy until someone returned who could help them. Also provided insight into what products would fit their needs, including sizes of boxes, types of tape, and even different ways to secure cargo.

Community Moderator at Discord (2020-03 – 2022-07)

I worked with others in managing a discord server for a large group of about five thousand. I have engaged in professional meetings with others to work through problems and to find ways to improve/optimize the server for everyone.
