I am a customer service professional with over 7 years of retail experience. In every role I have been in I have processed transactions in some way, typically with cash handling involved. I am looking for a role in which I can contribute to a team of retail professionals all working together to ensure that business runs smoothly.

I am currently enrolled at Fanshawe College for GIS and Urban Planning. At Fanshawe, I am learning about site and land use planning, geographic information systems, and presentation graphics. I recently graduated from Brock University with a BA in History and Business. At Brock, I developed a strong understanding of business operations, including but not limited to operations management and human resources, finance and accounting, and information systems. I also developed a strong sense of time management and team-based skills thanks to the collaborative historical projects which I was associated with.
