Andrew Harris

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree with honours in history. Obtaining this qualification instilled a passion to learn, and helped to refine and develop my analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and communication skills – both written and verbal. Additionally, the course enabled me to develop strong capabilities in teamwork, presenting and time management.

As an individual, I am dedicated, methodical and driven. I take pride in my work ethic and my ability to approach challenges with a structured and thoughtful mindset. Having completed my studies, I am now eager to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to a team where I can continue to grow and make a meaningful impact.

Demonstrated strong teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments, contributing to the successful delivery of major events and consistently ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Took initiative to address unresolved issues and uncompleted tasks, while maintaining a flexible and solution-focused approach to unexpected challenges.

I attained a University degree, achieving a Second Class, First Division (2:1) with honours in History from the University of Exeter. This required me to complete a myriad of different assignments ranging from essays, articles, source analyses, presentations and a dissertation. In order to accomplish this, I was required to manage my time in order to meet deadlines and attend meetings, as well develop skills such as critical thinking, analytical skills, research and academic writing, teamwork and public speaking.

I believe these qualities are transferable to project management and to this course, as I will need to balance and structure my time, as well as display critical thinking and articulate, academic writing in order to carry out tasks.
