As a customer assistant at Tesco, I offer great customer service and work effectively with my team. I have also gained valuable experience in problem solving, communication, and time management by working on a checkout.
Alongside my part-time job, I am studying maths, economics, and French at A level and hold a full, clean UK driving licence. I I have completed an airport operations work experience placement at British Airways as well as having done their online work experience - Speedbird Z. I have also completed some modules within the TUI Care Foundation's online programme.I have completed two work experiences in the financial sector, one virtual and one in person, where I learned about different aspects of the industry, such as customer service, claims, underwriting, and marketing.
I also saw how software such as Acturis and Feefo are used in the business.
Additionally, I have a passion for language learning and travelling, and I am self-teaching myself Italian and Spanish for business and travel purposes. I have visited several UK cities and European, North and South American countries, where I enhanced my cultural awareness and adaptability. I am motivated by learning new things and exploring new opportunities.
I was also a member of the RAF's Air Cadets where I had the opportunity to develop my communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. This was further developed when I was promoted to the rank of corporal.

During my A Levels, I completed work experience with British Airways and an insurance company as well as online work experience with British Airways, Airbus, and the CAA.
