I am a 25 year old Senior Support Desk Technician/Network Analyst. I play a key part currently in finding the perfect balance between customer service and upkeeping technical expertise primarily focusing on Network Engineering.
5+ years in the IT industry with a very well rounded overall experience. Previous experience with computer hardware repair and enterprise hardware repair such as servers/switches/firewalls/JBODS and more. Very well rounded networking experience both self taught from a young age and from working at Phosters FM LTD cabling in new access points around two office spaces and onboarding to the internal infrastructure.
Currently working at Airband resolving complex network issues from routing/switching issues to DataCentre operations.
Experience in both Windows and Linux distributions. Knowledgable in an MSP environment.
Comptia exams and Cisco. Also some Nokia NWCC certs
