I have worked in customer service for the last 20+ years and really enjoy working in this sector. I started as a receptionist at a leisure centre then moved onto working in a private airport assisting crew and passengers. I previously spent a year at college completing Level 3 Certificate in Administration, whilst in the workplace I then completed Level 3 in Customer Service, Level 3 in Management and Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
