About
Throughout my adult life I have devoted myself to learning and perfecting a variety of practical skills, carrying the joy of my hobbies into disciplined roles always. Having been a professional baker for some time, I have learned that my self-motivation and pride in my work have been essential to my success, especially in dynamic, fast-paced environments such as a production bakery where speed and accuracy are required in equal measures. I have been fortunate to have nurtured and developed practical, transferable skills from a young age.
While teaching myself to play piano I developed my dexterity and interpretation of sheet music and discovered a love of learning which I've kept at the heart of everything I do. This has allowed me to become a well-rounded individual, remaining open to change and always striving to expand and perfect my skills. This has been particularly important as I respond to the differing needs of employers who operate within different markets and whose customer base always expect a consistent standard of service.
I have found my recent role within a production bakery to be particularly rewarding, feeling an immense satisfaction when my products exceed expectations and are well received by management and customers alike. This pride is something I have carried with me throughout my life and is the reason I feel certain that I will work hard in any profession to deliver the best service, enjoying the satisfaction that comes with my success.
