I am a highly motivated individual who has experience working in a customer focused environment. I am able to work confidently in a team and adapt to different situations as needed and can remain calm in stressful situations. I am reliable and will always do my best to ensure targets are met even if this means working extra shifts or extended hours.
I first started working as a full time college student part time in McDonald’s. This enabled me to manage my time efficiently between my studies and work. It also taught me how to work effectively with a team and some of my duties included serving customers confidently and enthusiastically in a timely manner. Handling cash and using a card machine to receive payments. Working in a team to make sure orders are fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Occasionally completing waste counts if needed and checking stock levels. after college I decided to go into full time employment working telephony for a well known bank taking inbound calls And dealing mainly with complaints and credit card disputes.
I studied for a level 3 Business Diploma at Merthyr Tydfil college and finished my studies in 2020.
