I’m Saikumar from Hyderabad. I completed my graduation at JB Institute of Engineering and Technology (JBIET) and my intermediate studies at Nano Junior College. My schooling was at SPR School of Excellence. I have two years of experience in the voice process industry, where I handle client campaigns, maintain data in Excel, and communicate with customers to encourage their attendance at webinars conducted by our company in the US and the UK.

On a daily basis, we receive various campaigns from our clients. Upon receiving these campaigns, our first task is to fetch the relevant data into Excel. This data extraction is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring we have all necessary information at our fingertips.

Following this, our team initiates communication with the customers listed in the campaigns. Our primary objective during these interactions is to effectively convey the value and benefits of attending a webinar conducted by our company, which is held for audiences in both the US and the UK. Through persuasive and personalized communication, we aim to convince these customers to participate in the webinar, thereby enhancing their engagement with our offerings and fostering stronger client relationships.
