• Software and hardware maintenance. Preventive maintenance or break-fix when needed.
• Installation (hardware and software) of Printer, CCTV, POS, or Biometrics.
• Migration of Windows, Account Domain and other software needed.

• Network Admin. Checking LAN/WAN flow in the system.
• Administer network workstations using one or more TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Install, configure and maintain Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment.
• Perform and/or oversee network application-related development, installation, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct issues, anticipate issues and develop preventative measures.
• Identify network utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.
• Investigate, recommend and install network enhancements.

• Maintaining or repairing all peripherals, new-age storage devices and multiple software that is plugged into or installed on desktops.
• Designing and implementation of the computer network. Testing, installing and connecting various computers in the networks, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems, computer repairs and desktops at the clinic.
• Data transferring from other building (old & new clinic files).
• Setting up and maintaining the backup system for file servers and in-clinic desktop computers.
• Day to day technical support on the clinic. CCTV Operator.
• Setup and Maintain Medical Equipment such as Treadmill, Ultrasound, Dental Machine and other medical equipment that connected to the computer.
• IT Head Assistant.
