Hello I’m alante I currently work for an assistant living facility. I love working with my residents theirs always something to do and talk about . I’m always cheerful and full of smiles . I’m very adaptable in any work environment. I take my job no matter what very seriously placing my heart and soul with everyone I connect with during my employment. I’m a firm believer of treating people how you would like to be treated . Even when we all have our bags some times patients and a kind smile is what really makes a difference
