I am passionate about cannabis education and helping people find products that best fit their individual needs and goals. I believe cannabis can be a valuable tool for relaxation, wellness, symptom management, and overall quality of life when used responsibly. I enjoy learning about different strains, cannabinoids, terpenes, and consumption methods and staying informed about industry trends so I can provide knowledgeable recommendations.
My professional background is in behavioral health and customer-focused care, where I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Working with diverse populations has taught me how to actively listen, remain calm in challenging situations, and create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where people feel comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance. I understand the importance of professionalism, confidentiality, and treating every individual with respect.
I am highly dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to following policies, procedures, and Washington State cannabis regulations. I enjoy educating others, learning new information, and helping people feel confident in their choices. I am excited to bring my customer service experience, healthcare background, and passion for cannabis to a budtender role where I can help create a positive and informative experience for every customer.
