Responsibilities included heavy user interface, on the spot debugging and data manipulation and constant documentation and reporting for auditors. Was also responsible for the cleanup and storage of all hardware that where used for the project, once it was concluded.

Was part of the E-Commerce customer service mainframe support and enhancement team.
Responsibilities included support for all the systems that accessed the mainframe data including but not limited to, Internet, Intranet, Phone in, and direct pharmacy connection. Other duties included the enhancement of all parts of the system according to user specification and analysis of said specifications. Monthly deadlines for releases had to be kept which involved coordination between the test team, users and programmers.

Solely responsible for maintenance and support of numerous legacy systems. The major system was a on-line reporting facility which kept track of all the new business coming into Prudential. Problems on this system included new requirements and year 2000 resolutions. Other duties included rewrites of Financial DataBase reporting and resolving data problems by writing Spufi. All aspects of the job involved heavy user interface and full knowledge of mainframe work.
Client - UPS

In charge of leading a team which is responsible for implementing a major release of an Export Billing Feed. The process involved full cycle development of numerous new procedures that needed to be added to the Feed.
Included analysis, coding, testing and an ongoing modifications to the requirements. Other duties included coordinating a complete test plan between the end user and the programmers. Interviewing programmers, assigning them tasks and setting up timelines for them to follow was also required.

Involved in the creation of reports for clean up of data for the new database coded batch programs using VSAM and COBOL, heavy interface with the users. Set up JCL streams for automation of this report process. Coded JCL including numerous SyncSorts for interface between on-line screens.

Was involved in PreProduction testing for the True Rewards System. Duties included setting up a complete copy of the production database and going through a full cycle test of all production jobs for new releases. Also set up new test plans for reengineering. Testing included check on PROCS, EXECJCL, and Performance of Batch and On-line Modules.
