Currently, I serve as the Director of Placement at 2U, Inc., where I oversee multiple social work placement teams, develop diversity and inclusion initiatives, and manage budgets and staffing. In my previous roles at 2U, including Senior Manager and Manager of Placement, I launched new programs, refined processes, and built effective teams. Prior to 2U, I worked as a Senior Admissions Counselor at the University of Maryland University College, where I excelled in student support and recruitment.
I hold a B.S. in Mass Communications from Towson University and a Project Management Principles Certificate from the University System of Maryland.
