Jeni Cash

Most of my work experience has been within the medical field. I have been passionate about this work and naturally advocate for patients and medical team members. However, I am looking to continue this path in a new capacity. Healthcare is very physically challenging work and as I have had to rehabilitate my legs due to a hereditary condition, I am no longer able to stay consistently on my feet for 13 hours at a time. However, I am otherwise physically fit.

Having 14 years of experience having face-to-face interactions with people who face a wide variety of sensitive needs, I am extremely comfortable deescalating emotional interactions and ensuring that their needs are met at a high standard in a timely manner. This is a skill that I pride myself on. I am a very intelligent, focused individual who values efficiently managing tasks to a high standard while demonstrating a holistic approach with individuals.

I have a bubbly personality and enjoy working within a team as well as on an individual basis with the ability to remain self-motivated.

I have experience working with applications within Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I have 7 years of experience in providing training for other staff members and enjoy assisting coworkers, ensuring that we are all on the same page. I am skilled at multitasking and communicating clearly. I am comfortable asking questions to ensure that my performance is excellent. I am confident in my abilities, but able to learn from constructive criticism.
