Millwork Specialist at The homedepot (2025-07 – Present)
I work with customers to set up measurements for any projects involving entry, exterior, or interior doors. In addition, I work with helping customers doing projects that involve windows or garage doors as well. After receiving the measurements, I help the customer select a door or window from our stock, or if needed, I help a customer to design a custom window or door based on measurements and what the customer desires.
In addition, I help with promoting sales from within my department and referring customers to other companies that work with Home Depot to help them with any other ongoing issues they wish to resolve. I also work to help with maintaining stock and making sure the store aisles are neat.
Head Cashier at The Home Depot (2025-03 – 2025-07)
In my position, I was in charge of all the stores cashiers. I controlled where each cashier worked or the area they would cover. In addition, I was in charge of ensuring breaks were being taken, and what time each cashier would take their breaks.
Also, I was in charge of the cash handling of all registers and self check out. In addition, I had to work with assisting customers around the store's front end. Finally, I was also in charge of ensuring the cashiers were meeting the stores guidelines for success, and had to perform weekly observations.
Painter and Powertooler at AMP United (2024-09 – 2025-02)
I was hired to be a painter and power tooler. My responsibilities consisted of painting, using various power tools depending on the job. For example, I had to use deck crawlers, dye grinders, needle guns, air hoses, chisels, and scrapers.
In addition, I also was responsible for majority of set up work for big projects such as setting up blasting hoses, creating vacuums from 100-300+ft from the ground onto ships, wrapping up sensitive material in rubber and plastic, and creating containment spaces. Also, I had to maintain a clean work area during and after my work.
Assistant Manager/Sales Associate/ Trainer at 7-Eleven (2024-03 – 2024-10)
I was in charge of training new employees. In addition, I had to run the register, clean the store inside and outside, sign off for deliveries and scan them in, restock the deliveries and maintain the vault, check and set up the store for auditing, place orders for new product, record pay statements for deliveries and gas, maintain the grill, bakery, and drinks, and I had to make sure no customers were stealing.
Sales Associate/Cashier at Tilly's World of Jeans (2023-11 – 2024-03)
I work part-time as a sales associate. My tasks require me to keep the store clean and organized. I have to also assist customers and help check them in to the fitting rooms. To add on, I am responsible for making sure display cases/racks are presentable and making sure the store is clean at closing for the next day. Also, I am required to help promote any ongoing sales in the store and inform the customers about new products that we have received.
Truck Unloader/Stocker at Target (2023-10 – 2023-12)
I was here as a seasonal position while working at my other job Tillys. I was responsible for unloading the shipment trucks and organizing products into their assigned areas. I also was responsible for stocking up product on to the sales floor. In addition, I had to help customers while working the floor.
Food and Beverage Runner/ Trainer at Movie Tavern (2023-02 – 2023-07)
I was required to make food and drink orders, then run them to the customers. Also, I had to make sure hallways and movie theaters remained clean and take out the trash. In addition, I had to carry shipment orders and organize it. In addition, I was required to train new workers whether it was in the drink station or in the food station.
Seasonal Stock Associate at Cost Plus World food Market (2022-10 – 2023-01)
Throughout my team here I was required to stock shipment, and up stock it if it there was already too much product out. In addition, I also had to build furniture, shelves, and display cases. I would also have to deal with breaking down boxes, and taking out the trash. In addition, I occasionally had to help out on the registers if we were backed up. Also, I was required to train stock associates because of the experience I had.
Seasonal Bell Ringer at The Salvation Army (2021-11 – 2021-12)
I was required to assemble my station, and put on my apron saying I represent the Salvation Army. Then, I had to stand there for about 6-10 hours ringing the bell while greeting people who passed by. At the end of the day, I would have to disassemble the station, and give the bucket to the collector. Also, I dressed up as the Salvation Army Mascot.
