Ensuring timely response to incidents within a Service Level
Agreement in providing customer service for technical issues and

Diagnose, monitor, troubleshoot, repair, secure computer hardware.

Provide support and access for tablets, smartphones, laptops, printers,
network connectivity, scanners, PXE boot provision thin clients, Active
Directory user profiles and work stations.
Install software, setup workstations, and assist with access,
permissions, MutiFactor Authentication setup, system compliance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and perform preventative maintenance on critical assets
Work on projects and report to the IT manager.
