I’m a GTM Strategy & Operations leader who loves solving complex problems, building effective teams, and creating clarity for organizations in high-growth environments. My career has spanned sales, client success, product collaboration, and consulting—which gives me a unique ability to bridge strategy with on-the-ground execution.
In my current role, I oversee Sales Strategy, Enablement, Sales Operations, Partner Success, and AI Operations. I partner closely with executives to shape company strategy, launch new products, design pricing and territories, and ensure our teams have the tools and structure they need to succeed.
I believe great GTM doesn’t happen in a silo—it requires tight cross-functional alignment, thoughtful leadership, empathy, and systems that scale. I’m especially passionate about coaching teams, simplifying complexity, and using data to guide decisions that drive real business outcomes.
