- Ensured accurate project financials by tracking costs, conducting regular reviews of CIP balances, and identifying and correcting missing or misallocated expenses, overstated CIP accounts, and understated fixed assets.
- Ensured timely transfer of completed District Civil and Revolving Funds assets from CIP to PIS within 90 days of finding/notification and completed military projects transferred to military sponsors within 30 days of notification from PM.
- Maintained 95% of the necessary documentation, such as contracts, invoices, purchases orders, timesheets, and cost transfers, on file for each project, ensuring all costs can be traced from the general ledger to the supporting document.
