Throughout my professional journey, I’ve developed a strong foundation in patient care, leadership, and service excellence. With experience managing teams and daily operations at McDonald’s, I’ve honed my ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, lead diverse groups, and ensure high-quality service. My background is further strengthened by my volunteer work at nursing homes, elderly daycares, and hospice care facilities, where I provided compassionate support to older adults and individuals in need of comfort and dignity.

I recently earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with a concentration in Patient Navigation from Georgia Gwinnett College, where I developed a strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient advocacy, and effective communication. My coursework emphasized coordinating care, understanding medical terminology, and supporting patients through complex health journeys. During my studies, I maintained a 3.3 GPA and was an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, which strengthened my leadership and teamwork skills.
