Shaneez Rhode

I am Shaneez Rhode, born and raised in South Africa Stellenbosch. I have matriculated in 2020 and is now currently working as a customer service agent for a year and 3 month. I have experience in Law enforcement as well and is currently studying part time Human Resources. I am more of a indoor person as well as a bookworm.

I am working for Unifi SA for 2 years, I started as a sales agent and moved over to our customer service department where I learned and experience how to work with clients, and how to multi task as well as how to take high volume of incoming calls and assist clients with they queries until they are satisfied and have all the necessary information the query was about. In customer service you also develop how to work under pressure which I am very good at.

I matriculated in 2020, started to study Human Resources in 2025 at Oxbridge academy.
