2002 worked as reservations and ticketing call center agent in the inbound call center at SAA for more than a decade in between also worked as an online backup agent assint customer with their online bookings and for 6 months worked at baggage claims department.

Around 2012 worked at flight operations as a scheduler rostering and assigning flights to flight deck i.e internal clients(pilots)

2016 worked as a cabin crew until 2020 when exoted due to retrechment as a result of staff reduction amid covid19

Lastly 2022 to date worked abroad as an assist waiter for Royal Caribbean Cruise based in Miami

I matriculated in 1995 at Mafori Mphahlele secondary school. I acquired most of my certificates through SAA such as passenger handling, voyager company loyalty programm training, Reservation and Ticketing, Amadeus and various company systems later pegasys and cabin crew training its licence.
