I am studying my bachelor degree in criminal science investigation administration. I am currently working at Wells Fargo fraud and claims call center, where I work on helping customers within processing and investing claims, and refund customer any money that was taknen away by scammer, and other fraudulent activities. I‘m a loving wife and mother, I love to cook and I also have two more babies which they are my cats.
My goal is to challenge what I love to do’ and that is to work on better my career and grow keep learning and improving to the next level.
The professional experience I learned throughout the years is beginning more open with different customers because working with different people has helped me better understand how to review each person I work with differently. Also, it gave me a better understanding as well to cope with a customer who not having a great day. Another experience I take is excellent verbiage and communication skill.
I believe having a good tone a great smile and showing empathy and compassion toward a customer help better in trusting you, and the company as well. Working for brings everybody towards a great mood. This technique helps to get the customer out of their state of mind if they have a bad review of the business.
I believe in carrying this same attitude over the phone as well. I have an understanding of filing and organizing paperwork, saving any document on the computer, taking down notes due to any line business, and changing to better services for the customer and employees. I am a very fast learner and I adapted very well to any environment.
