I’m a passionate and dedicated professional baker and pastry chef working in the industry for 30 years. Trained in Chicago , Illinois with an associates degree in culinary arts . Having had varied experiences in restaurants, hotels and catering operations I can easily adjust to the facilities needs in volume and concepts .
