I have been in the culinary field for over 30 year's. I enjoy creating desserts, making all types of desserts, bread and sweet items. I enjoy working and meeting new people. I have a diverse background in the baking field.
My experience has given me time working in hotels, cafés, retail, restaurants, and many other settings. I have done a wide variety of bar pastries, breads, doughs, plated desserts and more. I have created menus and also worked with preset menus. I’ve had experience in startup companies and companies that were already established.
I am certified in advanced chef training.
