I am a very driven and detail-oriented worker who is looking to find a vocation which builds upon my proficiency within the writing, transcribing, editing and planning skills fields. I would like this job to further my skills in the written word including: reading, writing, and editing. I am an altruistic person, which shows in my good customer service know-how.
I've helped to edit manuscripts in content as well grammar. I am a voracious reader and love writing in my own time. During my time as an Assistant Manager, and in other ventures, I have consistently shown that I will go out of my way to help others and please customers, and make sure that no opportunity to do so is passed.
I am very deliberate and thoughtful in my decision-making when on my own, leading or being part of a team. I work my best with deadlines and am very talented in multi-tasking as well as time-management and scheduling. I am also an avid writer which has helped me to work on, and complete, large writing projects including my two undergraduate theses.
My time in college unofficially tutoring others in English and Writing also shows my eagerness and willingness to teach others and well as my patience to do so.

Completed a 93 hour practicum in the Guidance Department of Haverhill High School. The experience consisted of about eight hours a week, two days a week including the following: shadowing guidance counselors and registrations of students; talking with at-risk students and students within the teen parent and pregnancy groups; working with the X2 student information system; and speaking with students about meeting requirements for graduation and other school related topics.
