Assisting people to settle in the shelter, providing emotional support, encouragement, and problem solving. Responding to crises, such as overdoses and medical emergencies, in a timely manner. Utilizing emergency services when necessary. Understanding nonviolent crisis intervention procedures for de-escalating conflict and aggressive guest behaviour.

I graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in General education arts with 3.02 gpa in year 2022.
