I worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Capita for two months, supporting the delivery of Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and Phonics tests on behalf of the Standards and Testing Agency. My main responsibilities included answering calls and emails from schools, local authorities, and test markers. I gave clear and accurate advice on test procedures, marking guidelines, and administrative tasks.
I always made sure to log each query properly and followed Capita's quality and data protection standards. This role really improved my communication skills and taught me how to work efficiently under pressure. I also played a part in helping the team meet its targets and worked closely with colleagues to keep the service running smoothly.

I assisted members with online registration, updating their system preferences, and ensuring they had the necessary information to make informed decisions.
Additionally, I managed requests related to pay-slips, ensuring that members received them promptly and accurately. Throughout my time in this role, I consistently delivered high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries professionally, efficiently, and ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive financial information.
Phone Insurance Agent - Tesco - Remote, Austria

I worked from home as a phone insurance agent, taking calls from customers who needed to report lost or damaged phones. My job was to collect all the details needed to submit their insurance claim and help them apply for a replacement device. Working remotely taught me how to stay organized and manage my time well without direct supervision.
I also got better at staying calm and clear when speaking to customers who were often frustrated or upset. This role helped me improve my communication skills and attention to detail, and gave me experience working under pressure while still providing great customer service.

I have spent one year working with Virgin Media as a Customer Advisor and Sales Representative. During this time, I have developed a wide range of valuable skills. My primary responsibilities included resolving customer issues such as internet connectivity problems, billing inquiries, and processing payments.

Two weeks in NCS – December 2017. First week was the activity challenge, the activity I did are rock climbing, mountain, canoeing, orienteering, making fair, raft and cave. I was little bit scared of doing rock climbing because it was so high to jump down it was secure, but I was very nervous to do because the first time I did.
Second week was do the project we did was helping poor people aware of the homeless. As it was near to Christmas we had made Christmas present for the homeless. We also visited a homeless shelter. After NCS I have become more aware and alert about my community and would love to do something like this again.
