I am currently a Regional Emergency Response Dispatcher with Navy Region Mid Atlantic Command (CNRMA). I receive and answer fire, medical, and police calls for service from various sources within the military communities that operate within the Navy Region. I also provide on-the-job training to new employees in accordance with established policies and procedures. My work experiences include Public Safety 911 Operator for 15 years and Communications Training Officer with the City of Palm Bay Fl.
My responsibilities have range from working multiple channel radios, handling emergency and non-emergency phone calls, training new employees, and conducting dispatch classes for new hires. I also served as ECC (Emergency Communications Center). I am currently seeking an opportunity that will capitalize on my experiences and knowledge.
