Hello!

My name is Victoria and I am extremely excited to move back to Philadelphia, PA. With a strong background in customer service, I am highly organized, personable, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments. My experience in retail sales, university admissions, and various healthcare roles have equipped me with excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive experience for customers.

I have built a diverse professional background in customer service, sales, hospitality, and healthcare. My experience began in high school with retail sales, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills while assisting customers and managing transactions. I later worked as a tour guide, honing my ability to engage with diverse groups, provide clear and informative presentations, and create memorable experiences for guests.

These roles strengthened my adaptability, teamwork, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. I further utilized my experience in customer service while working as The University of Pittsburgh retail store as I pursued my masters degree. My experience in both customer service and medicine has reinforced my commitment to providing a welcoming, friendly environment.

I earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and, prior to that, completed my undergraduate studies at Villanova University with a degree in Biology. The process of obtaining my board certification and licensure for PAs is an extensive one, which significantly delays the start of my professional career in healthcare. Therefore, I am seeking a full-time job to support myself and become an active member of my local community during this time.
