Basic pipework installation (copper, plastic) Cutting, bending, and joining pipes Installing and repairing domestic plumbing fixtures (taps, sinks, toilets) Competent on jobs to conduct first fix and radiator installation Assisting with heating system installation and maintenance Understanding of drainage systems and waste pipe routing Basic soldering and compression fittings Reading and following technical drawings and building plans Knowledge of workplace safety procedures Correct use of PPE Awareness of water regulations and standards Able to identify hazards on-site Manual handling Safe use of plumbing tools (pipe cutters, wrenches, blow torch, levels) Able to build and maintain positive customer relationships Problem-solving and teamwork abilities Punctual, dependable, and willing to follow instructions Able to travel to college and work locations
